The City of Albarracin is now regarded as one of historic more complex and interesting art of Spain. Because it was declared a national monument in 1961 and, currently, the proposal by UNESCO to declare Monument of Worldwide Interest.

The gastronomy albarracinense “as the mountain is composed of main courses that help to withstand the cold of these lands.
