The mystery of the construction of the pyramids of Egypt

The pyramids of Egypt have fascinated humans for many centuries. At some point in history, long before the advent of Christ, he lost all knowledge of when built, who were the builders and the role they had, certainly surpassing the simple memorial. A building which, although devised with a single plant, and then secure the different religious ideas that were taking place, went on to become a building which had phased designed to facilitate the ascent of the spirit of the dead king to the other world, with momentous consequences, and for all so familiar: the birth of the pyramids.

Imhotep perhaps gained access to letters and secret instructions from a very old and unfortunately previously unknown civilization. These instructions were taught to the Egyptians from the overnight build polished stone, with a technique called stalls. A chair is a carved stone for several of their faces, usually in the form of parallelepipeds. The blocks typically have a size and weight requiring handling by machines, unlike the rough stones, which, as its name suggests, are made by hand.

The only structure we know for sure it was built by Imhotep Dyeser Pyramid at Saqqara. 121 x 109 meters with a height of 60 meters. As mentioned, Imhotep was later revered as the greatest architect, physicist, scientist and magician in the history of Egypt. His tomb has not yet been found, but presumably not be far away from that of Dyeser in Saqqara. If one day is finally located, may give us many answers to the great mystery of the origins of Egyptian science.

About how it was built, has been a discussed and throwing theory for centuries without reaching any conclusive results. The latter theory, and perhaps final, provided us in 2007 the French architect Jean-Pierre Houdin. According to this theory, two ramps were used to transport the huge blocks of stone: one exterior, which served to raise the first 65-meter pyramid, and an indoor coil that was built in parallel and was used to finish construction of the remaining of the pyramid, and then dismantled in part to stop the construction closing.

As mentioned earlier, another of the great mysteries about the construction of the pyramids is how in 79 years could reach such a technological progression, and why after the landmark building of the pyramid of Giza, which followed and were never able to match it or in size or accuracy, and in fact were progressively smaller and more and more mediocre finishes and inaccurate. The mysterious technology that allowed the construction of the pyramids and so lightning appeared, it vanished the same way.
