St John’s is the best tourist attraction in Antigua and Barbuda. St John’s is the capital of this country and also the main commercial center. St. John’s Antigua and Barbuda has been the administrative center of this country from the year 1632 when the islands were settled. In 1981, it became the seat of government.

La Catedral de San Juan

The Museum of Antigua and Barbuda is located in the colonial Court of Justice was built in the year 1747. It is the oldest building still in use in the city. Government House

Fort James
This fort was built in 1706 to guard St. John ‘s port. It is one of the many fortresses built by the British in the 18th century and we must see attraction. This fortress is located on a rock overlooking the city from the northwest. The main attraction is the magnificent view of the area around the port. Other strengths include; Fort George, Fort Charles, Fort Shirley, Fort Berkeley and Fort Barrington.
