Tikal, the ancient Mayan city

Located in the region of El Peten in Guatemala, Tikal is the most famous of the ancient Mayan cities. It is known that the Maya were the best architects in the American continent. During the classical period, between 300 and 900 AD, spread over the south of the Yucatan Peninsula and the northwest of Guatemala and Honduras today, building large ceremonial centers that were then mysteriously abandoned around the year 900 Among them Tikal. Alausí and the Devil’s Nose in Ecuador

Alausí is a small town in the upper rail of the famous Nariz del Diablo (Devil’s Nose ). The city is guarded by an enormous statue of San Pedro. Here you can see attractive old houses; some still are the original buildings of adobe, on a line of steep streets. The best months to visit Alausí son from June to December, as the rainy season covers the black clouds, and the views are declining. (más…)

El Castillo San Carlos, musa de Saint-Exupéry

In the Argentine city of Concordia in the province of Entre Rios, a legendary castle which was once a source of inspiration for the famous French writer Antoine de Saint-Exupéry: The San Carlos Castillo.

The almost one hundred hectares of the settlement of San Carlos passed through several hands since 1867. That same year Manuel Bica became owner, but his death was Carlos Alberti who bought the land for the purpose of installing a salt. Years later was sold to a French firm that wanted to establish a cannery. For this was sent from Paris Demachy Eduard, who bought the land and build the remote mansion on the Lomada more importantly, it brought only with drawings of France. (más…)

When we travel there are some data that we overlook, either through ignorance because tourists novice regarding air travel, it’s always good to take some precautions or tips that you mention it and then hope to clear any doubts on your flight, as well get started:

Domestic flights:
Passengers can take 20 kg of baggage in economy class and 30 kg in the executive or first class. In regional lines, the limit is 10 kg for aircraft with a maximum of 20 seats and 20 kg in aircraft with more seats. (más…)
