The carnival in Montevideo

In Montevideo Carnival is celebrated throughout the world over, which begins in January and ends in March. There is a much more famous Carnaval “o mais grande do world” and another, Montevideo, to differentiate it proclaimed that “the longest in the world.” For forty days and nights, and officially starts in mid-January with the Inaugural Parade along Avenida 18 de Julio, and runs through early March. During the initial parade make their presentation all that will be part of the most anticipated party of Uruguay, as the carnival groups, parodies, comedians, lubolos, queens and princesses.
