Visiting the Mayan city of Palenque

In our virtual tour through Mexico, we will go to one of the amazing places to explore and its main attraction being the ruins of the city. This site hosts a magic fusion of history and nature. In the state of Chiapas, but out of the mountains are hidden San Cristobal de las Casas and San Juan Chamula and closer and the Riviera Maya is Palenque, with its brutal archaeological site in the middle of the jungle.

Colca Canyon

Today we embark on a virtual trip to the charming colonial city of Arequipa, the second largest city of Peru, this is located at 2,350 meters above sea level due to the canyon region and the immense Apus (mountains in Quechua it meant to the Inca civilization protection and respect).

The magic of San Juan Chamula

In the state of Chiapas, with more than 2200 meters high and only a dozen kilometers from San Cristobal de las Casas, is the municipality of San Juan Chamula. The people of San Juan Chamula are the descendants of the Mayas, and still retain their original language, Tzotzil. Note that in Chiapas, many Indians still live maintaining the traditions and culture that has been passed from generation to generation.

Simatai Great Wall

In Gubeikou, a strategic step in the Miyun area, in northwest Beijing is the section of the Simatai Great Wall. Simatai is the most famous passage of the Great Wall and as the Chinese themselves is because of its five characteristics: Simatai is precipitated, dense, witty, unique and comprehensive.

Before reaching the Yucatan and the Riviera Maya in Mexico, we can discover that there are cenotes, that would be something like an oasis of recreation are only a few meters from the beautiful beaches of the Yucatan Peninsula.

For those who do not know what the cenotes are, these are ponds that are one or two hundred feet, emerging to the surface leaving emerge groundwater in the area. The water is usually turquoise or green, although there are cases where the water is very clear. There are several types of cenote, depending on their time and their classification, are those of the open, semi open or in caves, which are the most recent.
